Equitable Property Management greatly values our Tenants/Renters.We know that you have many choices of rental properties to choose from, and we appreciate it if you decide to select one of our residences as your next "home".
Our goal in "matching" you with one of rental properties is that we meet your expectations while meeting the requirments of the rental property. Some of our properties allow pets, some do not; some allow motor cycles, some do not; and all properties have an occupancy limit.
We will do our best to help find just the right rental property for you. And once you do, we will respond to your needs quickly and efficiently.

Application Process:

There is certain information that we will need in order to rent a property to you. Just click on the forms listed below to review or download. Please note that there is criteria for applying for a rental home with Equitable Property Management. The ability to pass a credit check, ability to pass a criminal background check including eviction search, the ability to prove income, and pet ownership are the criteria for acceptance.  

- Credit Score: 650+ requires a security deposit equal to one month's rent, 500-649 requires a secuirty deposit of 1.5 - 2.0 times the amount of one month's rent in conjunction with evaluation of application package, 500 or below is a denial

- Criminal History: felonies and any other serious crimes will result in denial; misdemeanors greater than 5 years old will be evaluated in conjunction with the review of credit and proof of income

- Ability to prove income: two consecutive pay stubs or new hire letter on company letter-head submitted by employer or copies of the last 2 month bank statements and prior year tax return 

- Pet ownership: approval of pets in residence is based on Equitable and residential community rules and regulations

-Application Deposit:  If You Fail to Sign Lease Contract After Approval. Unless we authorize otherwise in writing, you and all co-applicants must sign the Lease Contract within 3 days after we give you our approval in person, by telephone or by email, or within 5 days after we mail you our approval. If you or any co-applicant fails to sign as required, we may keep the application deposit as liquidated damages, and terminate all further obligations under this Agreement.
